Each pudding is handmade with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every ingredient finds its rightful place in this festive masterpiece – a harmonious blend of plump vine fruits, warming spices, and the subtle richness of brandy. The result: a rich, yet beautifully balanced, dessert which captures the essence of the festive season.
INGREDIENTS: Fat Spread (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (Sustainable Palm, Rapeseed), Buttermilk, Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Colour (Carotenes)), Egg, vine fruit (30.6%) (raisins, sultanas, currants, sunflower oil), Brown Sugar, Bread crumbs (Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Water, Yeast, Salt, Emulsifiers (Mono- and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters, of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Soya Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Preservative (Calcium Propionate), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Brandy (9.4%), Milk, Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Ground Almonds, Gravy Browning (Colour: Ammonia Caramel, Glucose Syrup, Salt), orange zest, mixed spice (0.1%), ground nutmeg (0.1%). CONTAINS ALCOHOL.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove from all outer packaging and cellophane wrap.
MICROWAVE 850W 1 minute 45 seconds. Leave in plastic basin but remove the lid. Heat on full power. Stand for 1 minute after heating. Turn upside down onto a plate.
STEAM Leave in plastic basin with lid on. Set in a steamer over boiling water, or in a lidded pan on a trivet/saucer with water reaching 1/3 up the basin. Steam for 45 minutes, topping up water as needed. Don’t let it boil dry. Remove lid and invert onto a plate.

I have to say this Christmas pudding was no doubt the best I’ve ever tasted. Light and very flavourful unlike some which are very dense and heavy. I can honestly say I enjoyed every mouthful and could have continued to eat more it was that delicious. Definitely would recommend having

Rich, fruity, with a subtle boozy kick, just the right level of warming spice and a lovely balance between lightness and a luxurious feel, not a hint of stodginess in sight.
